WLKP (Company Manpower Mandatory Report) is an obligation for every employer to report the manpower situation in their company according to Law No. 7 of 1981. Reporting is done online through wajiblapor.kemnaker.go.id and updated annually.
What is the minimum number of employees for a company to require PP?
Companies employing 10 or more people are required to create Company Regulations (PP) approved by the local Manpower Office.
What is the difference between PKWT and PKWTT?
PKWT (Fixed-Term Employment Agreement) is a work contract for temporary work with a maximum time limit. PKWTT (Indefinite-Term Employment Agreement) is a permanent employment contract.
Are BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan mandatory for all companies?
